Conclusions. CLMI are:

-	Newly implemented index for keratoconus, in the Keratron Scout software
-	Supported by scientific literature:
	excellent specificity good sensitivity and accuracy
-	Provides cone description, including apex location and magnitudes
-	New tool to aid (not to replace!) clinician.
-	More studies are in progress…
